1. Full access must be provided on the agreed date to allow complete installation and testing of the system.
2. Full installation of the system will only be carried out if a 240v mains socket has been provided / exists withen 2 metres of the proposed control panal location prior to the installation date. Additional charges may be raised if a return visit is required.
3. Telephone connectivity will only be provided if a suitable telephone outlet is avalable within 2 metres of the control panel prior to the installation date. Additional charges may be raised if a return visit is required.
4. A 30% deposit will be required at order placement.
5. Final payment will be required following installation and customer acceptance.
6. Non-clearing funds (cheques ect) will incur a £50.00 charge in addition to the non-cleared value once finally accepted. If the funds continue to fail after 14 days access must be granted for the system to be de-commissioned and removed from the customers premises.
7. All system components are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of installation. Faulty items will be replaced within 24 hours of notification subject to access and availability of faulty component.
8. A call out charge of £35.00 + VAT per hour will be raised in the event of user damaged equipment, faults due to user mis-operation or non-replaced consumable items (batteries etc) An additional charge for the replacement of damaged equipment in line with current pricing will also be raised.
9. All customer infomation will be maintained in line with current legislation pretaining to the "Data Protection Act" Personal infomation will be held securely and will not be made avalable to any 3rd parties.
10. No liability is meant or implied if the alarm system provided fails to operate in the manor intened resulting in loss or damage.
11. All equipment remains the property of Viper Alarms until paid for in full
